Job Location: Detroit, MI, US

Description:

-Assist Account Executives with collection efforts and help resolve any problems that are preventing timely payments.

-Work with Account Executives to generate sales adjustments and sales write-offs.

-Generate all billings (weekly, standard and monthly calendar) including Co-op and Memo Billings.

-Assist in daily preparation of cash deposits, including account receivable cash applications.

-Work with Shared Services to obtain credit information on potential and current clients, review, summarize and suggest course of action.

-Research any unapplied payments and apply payments as necessary.

-Manage credit restrictions on all current and future clients.

-Administer all payroll functions for bi-weekly payroll

-Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

-Ability to meet deadlines, handle projects simultaneously, work effectively in a demanding environment, and willing to go the extra mile

-Previous media experience

-Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred

-Experience in the media industry

-Must possess strong organization skills
