Assistant Controller - Entercom Baltimore

Entercom Baltimore Business Department is seeking an Assistant Controller to manage the financial operations of the ETM Radio Cluster and reports to the SVP/Market Manager. Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, with strong communication and financial skills.
Responsibilities will include involvement with all aspects of the accounting process and managing a staff of three. Duties will include, but not be limited to involvement with G/L, A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets, Payroll/HR, commissions and day to day interactions with department heads and staff. There will also be direct involvement with month-end close procedures, forecasting and budgeting.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience
Four year accounting/business degree
Strong financial and analytical skills, knowledge of Sox and internal control compliance and previous management experience.
Good organizations skills and a strong attention to detail are a must. Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact on a regular basis with market and corporate management
Excellent computer and excel skills
CPA and/or MBA a plus
