Assistant PD/Air Talent for KSWD

Entercom Seattle’s new Adult Contemporary KSWD, 94-1 The Sound, has an immediate opening for a full time On Air Talent/Assistant Program Director.

We are looking for someone who is an effective leader and creative thinking who can create great content both on air and off.



Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent on-air preparation and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, great follow-through
  • Enjoys audience engagement:  On-air, via social and digital media, and face to face
  • Expert at scheduling music and maintaining an audio database
  • Proficient with digital studio and production platforms
  • Act as an ambassador for the station and the company
  • Collaborative in a multi-brand shared resource environment
  • Navigates audience, digital and music research with ease
