Sales Assistant – Full Time


This position provides clerical support for the Market Manager, General Sales Manager and account executives.


General Sales /Administrative Duties:

  • Create and design presentations, packages and one-sheets for stations.

  • Provide all appropriate presentations, projects, advertising, graphics and digital pieces in a timely manner and within deadlines.

  • Coordinate paperwork and logistics for clients from sales and promotions. Liaison between the sales and promotions departments; in charge of updating all sales/marketing delieverables including but not limited to digital statistics, on air proof of performance and  collecting and communicating various information for clients.

  • Interacting with clients, management, co-workers and station employees in a positive and professional manner.

  • Work and learn from experienced Account Executives.

  • Provide administrative and sales support to Market Manager, Sales management and to Account Executives.

  • Assist sales staff with copy, commercials, and confirmations.

  • Attend Meetings required by management

  • Perform all other duties as assigned



  • Must be proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Social Media.


  • Vcreative, Wide Orbit and Nielsen software experience a plus.
