Entercom Communications Corp's Audio Network has a Denver based corporate analyst opportunity. We're looking for a detail oriented candidate to join our team. The Compliance Analyst will take information from various sources to create detailed reports for Sales/clients showing delivery of buys; monitor affidavit system to insure data is maintained by affiliates in a timely manner; and assist the Audio Network product in various ad hoc projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Affidavit retrieval and analyses of spots running on our various networks
- Review affidavits sent in by affiliates and contact those stations who do not return information in a timely fashion
- Integrate affidavit data into customized reports that include audience and delivery data for our clients and advertising agencies
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and handle a high volume workload
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours, as needed
- College grad
- Background in Media
