Digital Business Operations AssistantApply
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Assist the department with the daily accounting functions.
· Code and input accounts payable invoices for processing.
· Point of contact for digital business related questions.
· Research vendor and market inquiries and discrepancies.
· Performs other duties as required as assigned by Business Operations Manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Position requires majority of the day to be spent sitting and operating a computer.

Perfect role for someone who is still new to the workforce and looking to start a career. 1-2 years work-related experience preferred; must have demonstrated computer and data entry skills. Good organizational and communication skills are required, as is the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Feels comfortable using excel and learning/adapting to revenue and reporting systems. Must have good Customer Service attitude and enjoy problem solving. High school graduate required, College Degree preferred.
