Event Coordinator

Entercom Dallas is searching for an Event Coordinator to assist the Event Project Manager in the Live Events & Experiences Department with various event/sales duties as well as be a creative mind for the department. The right candidate will be a team player who takes initiative with demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers; exceptional organizational skills required.  Candidate will also lead coordination and execution of events at the Entercom Performance Showroom. All employees are expected to bring a positive attitude, be cooperative, productive, and to perform other such duties as may be required for the efficient operations of the (LEE) department.  


2+ years administrative assistant experience is required; Must possess the ability to meet deadlines and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required. 4 year college degree and prior events experience in media preferred.
