Description:
Entercom-St. Louis is seeking an Associate Producer - Events+Experiences.  The Producer role will work across all Entercom St. Louis departments to help ensure exceptional delivery of event and promotional campaigns.  From supporting sponsorship conception to event production, client-facing communications and program recaps, the Producer is involved in multiple aspects of Entercom St. Louis business.  The position will require the ability to both understand and anticipate clients needs, work collaboratively with company sellers and department peers to provide efficient and seamless approaches to gaining, managing and growing company revenues.  A candidate for this position should be familiar with media trends, sponsorship activation, marketing strategies and have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple clients, vendors, services and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Interdepartmental communication regarding marketing campaigns, events & promotions
  • Tracking and documenting campaign statistics and information for client recaps
  • Hands-on event production and/or management, as required
  • Proactively create strategic recommendations and optimizations for each event and/or promotion
  • Regular communication with company clients, partners, listeners and event attendees
  • Tracking and management of internal promotional tools and databases
  • Organization and planning of ongoing client promotions
  • Assist in preparing sales materials for client presentations
  • Interface and work seamlessly with promotional marketing team, sales staff and management
  • Oversight and management of third-party relationships
  • Develop new strategies and concepts for sponsor integration at events and in promotions
  • Respond to incoming requests for event sponsors from sales staff
  • Attend all events and work in a client-facing, event production, event management or hospitality role
  • Interface with multiple departments to ensure marketing and promotion of owned and operated events are executed properly
  • Assist in administrative support role, as needed
Qualifications:

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a client-facing services role, including creative services, sponsorship sales, event production and/or account support
  • Employment history in marketing, promotions and/or advertising functions preferred
  • Knowledge of media, sponsorship and event trends
  • Experience with data analysis, Social Media Marketing (for brands and companies) and knowledge of digital marketing trends
  • Understanding of consumer trends and how to reach consumers through advertising and event program strategies
  • Ability to multi-task across many high-level projects simultaneously
  • Clear communicator with ability to work constructively in a team environment
  • MS Office proficiency (Powerpoint presentations, excel budgets, etc)
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and skillset a plus
