Entercom, America’s #1 creator of live, original audio content, has a rare opening for an experienced broadcast sales manager in our Hartford, Connecticut cluster. In this position, the ideal candidate will recruit, train, motivate and retain the local sales staff, price and manage all inventory analytics and be our brands’ most visible face to Southern New England’s merchant community. Our Hartford cluster of legendary stations is already Entercom’s highest rated, yet we’re boldly embracing the rapid changes in consumer audio habits through digital and HD technologies, smart speaker strategies, innovative content initiatives and a podcast commitment that’s second to none in the marketplace.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ demonstrable experience successfully managing a local sales organization in a Nielsen PPM radio market. Prior history in retail sales, direct-to-consumer marketing and co-branded events is preferred as is fluency in digital marketing programs and extension products.
