National Sales Assistant - Atlanta

Job Location: Atlanta, GA, US

  • Enter and revise all national order
  • Collaborate and support the National Sales Manager on integrated campaign request opportunities across on-air, digital, and event activations for the local market
  • Respond to promotional requests including on-site requests, digital promotions, talent endorsement campaigns
  • Work with closely with all internal departments to gather and arrange information for client pitches and ensure proper execution of campaigns
  • Provide client with recap materials including recap presentation, post logs, airchecks, etc
  • Obtain local invoices for client/agencies as needed 
  • Resolve any order issues by researching data and working with management and customer to provide solutions to fully executing orders
  • Provide general administrative support to the Senior Vice President of National Sales
  • Prepare weekly revenue and inventory reports
  • Prepare multimedia PowerPoint presentations 
  • Collaborate with rep firm in responding to client post log and invoice requests
  • Assist in order entry for multi-market orders
  • Work with corporate business office and sales reps to assist with client invoicing

Minimum 2 years clerical experience; previous media experience preferred.  Position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent organizational/time management skills.  Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. High school graduate; college preferred.
