An exciting opportunity for the right person. A cutting edge AM news program is seeking an aggressive and innovative producer. When you hear news break if your first reaction is "How do I get that person on the air NOW" then we want YOU! Do you have a contact list that you guard with your life or are you able to quickly build one? We are looking for someone who is immersed in social media and knows how and when to use it. 

 Scheduling guests for live interviews is integral to the job. Are you good at talking a reluctant newsmaker into talking and not taking no for an answer? We want someone who knows how to create a daily, topical, informative and entertaining show rundown. Our dynamic months old show is already showing dramatic growth. Las Vegas is our home and  when we aren't in the studio we are out with our listeners enjoying all that Vegas has to offer, great dining, world class shows and all of the outdoor recreation that you could squeeze in. Oh, and w have a hockey team you might have heard about and soon The Raiders.

Researching broadcast topics Protecting the station’s FCC license. Assisting in the development of on-air promotions.Overseeing live remote broadcasts.  Other duties as required by management

Minimum 3+ years of media experience, . Must be computer literate; requires creative approach and ability to prioritize. Knowledge of the broadcast area and station demographics is essential. Must have a high level of organization, planning and communications skills along with the ability to edit/produce audio work efficiently.
