Program Director (WAOK)

Job Location: Atlanta, GA, US

Initiate and set goals for programs, hosts and producers.  Oversee hiring and supervision of all program hosts and producers. Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies. Maintain up to date promos for programming.  Initiate community events to enhance audience benefit.  Complete BMI quarterly report.   Ability to work across all departments including Sales, Production and Programming.

Proven experience as program director or other managerial position
Working knowledge of MS office and program management software 
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of community issues in Atlanta
