Project Manager, Live Events & Experiences
Reports to: SVP Live Events & Experiences
This position works closely with our local market and corporate event teams. The Project Manager provides operational & sales support designed to maximize sponsor revenue/profit, improve division efficiencies, and enhance/advance cross-market communication/workflow. The candidate is dependable, energetic, comfortable with fast-paced work environment, able to prioritize/manage multiple projects, demonstrates good communications skills and has knowledge of various computer programs (excel, power point, etc).
- Manage/support division platforms/resources
- Event reporting
- Event collateral strategy
- Staffing rosters
- Ticketing platform
- Event inventory database
- Assist/support in multi-market event sponsorship requests
- Support data & digital/social strategies and basic operational support
- Provide onsite activation & fulfillment support as needed
- Provide ongoing research, collateral, and data in support of sponsorship sales efforts (as assigned)
- Other projects as assigned
- College degree
- Project management experience
- Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and prioritize with ease in a deadline-driven environment
- Results-driven team player who can problem solve quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
